Getting a SIM card in Barcelona as an expat or newcomer

You can manage your account through our online self-care portal at care.lobster.es or by calling our English-speaking customer service team. From your account you can renew your plan, check your usage, update your details and more.
Log into your account at care.lobster.es to renew your plan at any time. Plans can also be set to auto-renew so you're never accidentally disconnected. If you need help, our English-speaking team is available Monday to Saturday from 9am to 9pm (Canaries: 8am to 8pm).
