Of course. You can keep your number as long as it is a Spanish one. We can’t transfer numbers belonging to the UK or any other country which is not Spain. We can always give you a brand new number. Either way, it’s simple:
- If you want to take a brand new number then once you’ve activated your SIM, simply pop it into your phone and you’re good to go.
- If you want to keep your existing number, then having activated your SIM, we’ll start the process to bring your number over from your current operator. You don’t have do anything. The transfer normally takes 24 hours. Don’t worry though, we’ll tell you in advance the day the transfer will take place (it all happens in the small hours of the morning). Once the transfer’s done, your old SIM card will stop working and you can then pop your new SIM card from us into your phone. And that’s it! You’re good to go with the same number as you had before.
After placing your order for fibre, we’ll schedule as soon as possible an installation appointment with you. You can choose a day and a time which is both suitable and convenient for you. Once your appointment has been scheduled, you can always change it later if needed.
On the day of the installation appointment one of our friendly technicians will come to your home to install your fibre. The technician will call you just before coming to your home to make sure that you are in. Please bear in mind that if they can’t reach you on the phone, the appointment may have to be cancelled.
Once the technician arrives, you or another person of legal age should be present during the installation. If you already have had fibre in your home with another provider, the installation should be very quick usually taking around an hour. If it’s a brand new fibre installation, it may take a little longer. The installation time varies from house to house.
Your fibre service will be activated once the technician completes the installation. You can then enjoy the service and start browsing, streaming, and much more at ultra-fast speeds!

For your first month we’ll only charge you the days that your fibre service has been active in that month, by prorating the monthly price of your fibre plan. So, if your fibre was activated in the middle of the month, then you’d only pay half the monthly price of your fibre plan for the first month.
The charge for the first month will be made on the same day that the fibre is installed and activated or the day after.
The installation is completely free of charge. One of our friendly technicians will come knocking at your door and get everything installed and activate your fibre service. We’ll also provide you with a super Wi-Fi router at no charge too! If for any reason you cancel your fibre service in the future, we’ll need you to return the router to us.
So that we can offer you free installation, the fibre service has a minimum commitment period of 12 months. This starts from when your fibre service is activated.
If for any reason you cancel your fibre service before completing the minimum commitment period, then you’ll be charged a fee for the fibre installation costs. If you cancel during your first 6 months, then a fee of €120 plus taxes will be charged. From month 7 to 12, a fee of €10 plus taxes will be charged for each month remaining from and including the month in which the cancellation takes place until completing the minimum commitment period.
