Why do we exist?
Lobster was launched in 2018 to meet the needs of British nationals, and other English speakers, residing in Spain who weren’t getting the best deals or customer experience with their mobile service. We know what you like, and what you don’t, so we created something that you’ll definitely like: Lobster, the English-speaking mobile service in Spain.
We’ve come up with simple tailor-made mobile tariff plans for you with unlimited calls and texts and great data deals too. There are no commitments, our customers stay with us because they’re happy with the service!
We make things easy and effortless so you can enjoy a service and experience “like home”. We know what it’s like to set up life in Spain and understand what you need, offering flexibility such as no commitments and being able to park your number for free whilst away from Spain and having it available again to use when you return.

Lobster is a registered brand of Zinnia Telecomunicaciones, a Spanish company and part of the Gibtelecom Group. Zinnia Telecomunicaciones has the financial, business and technical support of Gibtelecom, the leading mobile, broadband and fixed communications services company in Gibraltar.
Lobster has its head office in Madrid.
Lobster has full network coverage in Spain using Telefónica to provide the best quality national service. Full international and roaming coverage is provided by Gibtelecom in additional to the rest of the technological infrastructure.
