Can I use my Lobster mobile when travelling abroad (roaming)?
Yes, you can!
Your Lobster plan is activated so that you can use your phone outside of Spain, and you don’t need to do anything.
Travelling to the UK or the EU?
With all our plans you can use your plan’s calls and texts in the UK and most European countries, and you can even use your data too, with no extra charge subject to our fair usage policy.
Remember, premium numbers and some special numbers in the country you are travelling to cannot be called.

Our fair usage policy:
- Your usage and stay in other countries do not exceed your usage and stay in Spain over a period of 4 months
- When travelling abroad you can use the data from your plan’s data allowance up to a fair usage limit:

If you reach your plan’s data fair usage limit, then we’ll alert you immediately and stop you there. Don’t worry though, if you would like to continue using data while abroad, simply renew your plan, or change to a new plan, and you’ll be able use data again. Once done you’ll be good to go to use data again while abroad.
Everywhere else?
When you’re using your phone abroad travelling a bit further you only pay for what you use and not a penny more.
Any time you make a call, send a message, or use data it will be deducted from your credit. All you need to do is make sure you’ve added enough credit and off you go.
Remember, premium numbers and some special numbers in the country you are travelling to cannot be called.
