If you joined Lobster before 1st October 2025, we've made roaming simpler and focused on what really matters to you, staying reliably connected where you need it most. We now have direct connections with the UK and other key countries, and we'll be adding more soon. That means faster and smoother roaming wherever you travel.

You’ll be automatically upgraded to this enhanced roaming experience soon. We’ll let you know by email as soon as your upgrade is ready. It won’t require any action on your part. In the meantime, if you haven’t been upgraded yet, you can view details about your current roaming service.
