Can I use my own router?

We provide you with a super Wi-Fi router at no charge with our fibre service.

If you want to use your own router then we can’t guarantee the fibre service or provide support. Also, if you have any problems which require a technician to visit your home, a visitation fee may apply. For information about the cost of a visit, please contact us.
