Do I need to cancel my broadband internet service with my old provider?

Yes, you’ll need to cancel your broadband internet service with your old provider. We recommend that you don’t cancel it until we’ve installed and activated your new fibre service with Lobster. This way your broadband internet service at home will not be interrupted.
