I live in the Canary Islands, does this affect the price of Lobster plans? How can I let you know?

Yes, the Canary Islands belongs to a different tax region than mainland Spain. So, if you are resident registered in the Canary Islands, then you are eligible for Canary Islands tax to be applied to your Lobster plan payments instead of mainland tax.

To change your tax region registered with Lobster to the Canary Islands please us an email to with a copy of your Census certificate. The Census certificate should show your name, ID, and your address in the Canary Islands. When you send your Census certificate to us, please make sure that all the information is legible.

Once we have validated your Census certificate, the new tax region will then be applied from your next plan payment.
