Why do I need credit?

Most of your mobile use will be included in your plan. However, the following services aren’t included in our plans, so you’ll need credit to use them:

  • Calling Spanish premium numbers and special numbers (like 901 and 902 numbers) are charged, for prices click on the price guide at the bottom of this page.
  • Calling international numbers (other than those included in your plan).
  • Using your phone abroad when you’re travelling a bit further than the UK and most European countries.

Simply load some credit onto your account, and you’ll never be charged a penny more than that. You decide how much and are in full control. Once the credit’s in there, you can choose when and how you use it. It will never expire. If you run out of credit, then we’ll let you know.
